Golden Visa
The Portugal’s Golden Visa program is one of the most popular residency by investment programs in Europe and in the world. The program started in October 2012 and since then more than 11,500 applicants have received their Golden Visas. Portugal’s Golden Visa Program is on the verge of extinction, set to expire at some unspecified point by the end of 2023. While the exact timeline is still uncertain, recent clarifications imply no retroactive effect on the new law. Applications will be accepted until the law is published, and pending applications and renewals will transition to a D2 Entrepreneur’s Permit, maintaining the 7-day per year stay requirement.

Select and confirm the investment. For property investment, we could arrange you a trip to visit the properties in Portugal.
Once you confirm the investment, you can appoint and authorize the lawyer to follow up the immigration and investment transaction. Gent a NIF number (the tax number) and open the bank account in Portugal
Complete the investment transaction, normally taking 2 months.
At the same time, prepare all the necessary documents. Your appointed lawyer will submit the online application for you and your family.
Visit to Portugal for the biometrical submission with the invitation of SEF. Acquire the Golden Visa with 2 years validation. Stay in Portugal for at least average 7 days per year and renew for another 2 years.
After 5 years, the applicants could apply citizenship when fulfil the A2 level language test.
